Hello! Welcome to the post that is going to sit on the site awhile as we figure our crap out and get a cadence going for blog posts and WOD posts.
This is Kayla, by the way. My plan is to post WODs every evening around 8 pm for our members to mentally prepare themselves for the next day, make sure they have all their accessories and get some good rest to come in and get in a good workout.
Other than that, I am planning to post weekly (hopefully!) about different things going on in my life right now.We will also have coaches featured on the blog and maybe member posts if anyone would like to put themselves out there.
Lastly, thank you. Thank you for joining me on this journey of opening Strong Roots. It’s a wild place to be, chasing your dreams, but I am so grateful for each person who has made this possible and has cheered for me along the way. Thank you!
